Enough of my biography😁, now let's dive into the content of interest. Growing up with a spotless, glassy and radiant skin has been intruiging until puberty took place and the story changed. Should puberty actually turn the event of things? Of course not, but it did and it was complimented by diets too.

For puberty, what I noticed first was pimple appearing on my face I never wanted to accept that because that was the last thing I expected on my face,  so I started to sought for means to clear it off and get a clear skin look. Sometimes I pull it off myself and it ends up leaving spot on my face when dried, little did I know more is yet to come.

Diet also contributed to changing my skin look especially the face. I consumed more fatty foods, less vegetables and fruits, I had dark spot, acne, rash, hyperpigmentation among others. I used many skincare products to clear them all off, they worked and I stopped using them but after sometimes all the aforementioned conditions appeared back on my face and became worse than latter.

I got fed up and seeked natural remedies, I used tumeric powder, lemon, bitter leaf and honey but that still didn't give desired result. My impatience also contributed to not getting results because I didn't know how long it will take to effect😔.  Most times I would not want to go out because people would always ask what happened to my face and give their advice too. I got too many suggestions and I was scared to keep trying all of them. Then I thought to myself to know the cause of all these conditions, I read a lot about skin conditions online and their preventive measures.

Generally, lifestyle saves it all by selecting what one consumes, often detoxification and being weary of skincare products used. My interest lingers and the passion to dwell into the cosmetic industry grew stronger. I will also like to put a touch of my crafts into the industry and solve skin related issues.

Consequently, we will discuss more on skin related issues. Join me every Saturday to lit up your weekend with knowledge on Your Skin, Your Health.
